You could tell within the first 5 minutes how this was going to play out.
They wanted it more.
Our passing was poor.
Too slow in the build up.
They had both defenders on yellows and we didn’t run at them, just the slow pedestrian side to side and passing backwards.
Not willing to have a shot until we’re already 2-0 down.
Thanks goodness for Donnaurama because on another day that would have been 5 or 6.
Gutted that we had another performance like the one when they beat us in the FA Cup final, players just not at it at all.
News blackout for a few days and we go again.
 
Nothing went our way today.
No excuses: you have to compete and we didn't.
We were punished by transition pace and, in simple terms, our central midfield and back line did not have that with the players available.
In addition, our forwards created little of note, and Semenyo, Doku, Haaland, and Foden were all pretty anonymous, which is testimony to how well United defended.
We will fight another day, but losing the derby is a sickener.
I feel shite and the more the cameras pan to the United board and Ferguson, the shitter and more angry I feel.
I absolutely detest United, like most fans detest their biggest rivals. The only silver lining will be that they consider this a new dawn, appoint Carrick, and then it all falls apart again.

Disgraceful performance and shows the massive problems we have.

Ake and Rico need fucking off immediately.

I don't care who starts ahead of them but Foden and Haaland need fucking dropping for a number of games. Both of them offer nothing at the minute.

Coaching is a real issue. After nearly 10 years under Pep we still concede from our own set pieces and seemingly don't have a clue on breaking down a packed defence. Is the plan to let Ake cross the ball?

We look devoid of ideas going forward. It's pointless having wingers cross the ball if your striker pisses off to the back post and takes himself out of the attack.

2-0 and it could have been 5. Let's hope Guehi is a miracle worker.

Ake is done. Injuries have killed him. Rico is a squad player nothing more e
