City gambled on no injuries to the CB`s in the summer, it was a gamble that failed, so we have bought a player that is comfortable on the ball, he is not as good as the Ake that we bought, but that is not the Ake we have, i believe Max will surpass him, but that is not now, we have a need and he fill most of it. I reckon we've got a very good reputation in footballing circles. A lot of very good talent are jumping at the chance to play for City.

Interesting Tackle map posted by BBC Football. I would like to see a comparison for other defenders but at face value it suggests a strong left side bias and also that he is a very progressive defender i.e., plays in attacking positions a lot.
