Pep has bored the players.

I said after that trick pass from Cherki to Fodens header goal that Pep wont like that.
Since that game both Cherki and Fodens game has bombed as well as Doku. I can see the new winger game bombing as well.
Pep plays a system and ot seems to be getting a stricter system.
Teams just sit back and counter attack game after game and we do nothing to stop it

Nico Guehi Semenyo Bernardo and nunes back should make a big difference.

Only 2 of those back and we’re on a run like last season of no wins in a row.

There’s zero fight, effort or pride in this squad.
Forget tactics, personnel, the lack of fight we actually show in games is appalling.
Maybe Khaldoon should ask the players if they want Pep as the manager.
If the answer is yes then they should be told in no uncertain terms to start fucking showing it!
I’ve watched some appalling City teams over the years but non come close to being as lazy as this current squad.
It’s looking like they’ve stopped playing for Pep, to me anyway.
I don’t wanna hear anything about injuries or tiredness.
These performances are as bad as it gets.

I'm not having the excuse that some are exhausted...Erl , Rodri and Foden all started against Exeter

Yep, agreed. Just like last year, we could miss out on automatic qualification in europe, have to play playoffs.
In the league, looks like Arsenal will run away with it.
All of a sudden, it’s a direct repeat of last season.

I was mad on Saturday but this takes the piss. That high line is killing us and Pep just persists with it. Yes, we have injuries in the defence but what’s the fucking excuse for Haaland, Foden, Reijnders and Cherki. Not creating anything and passing back at every opportunity. Wolves will be fancying their chances on Saturday.

Rodri looks way off it and was largely responsible for their 3rd (despite it being a great strike) and really we weren't any worse after his sending off. Let's hope Gonzalez is back pretty sharpish.

Out wide we had very little but with Doku and Semenyo (and possibly Savinho) back we at least have some threat from those positions and hopefully the return of Marmoush will put some pressure on Haaland to start performing.

Too many lightweights such as Reijnders, Lewis and Ait-Nouri starting doesn't help.

Very poor today obviously but when we can get a few players back, it should hopefully look a bit brighter.

‘Need Nunes back in a hurry’ - this is what we have become. It’s a long road back from here.
 
glad i turned it off after Bodos 2 goal ,but something is suddenly very wrong. IF things won´t change on saturday, something drastic needs to happen.

For me, the really bad thing about the last two games has been the lack of passion.
Obviously, Old Trafford was buzzing, full of passion on Saturday and tonight, Bodo was absolutely bouncing.
But the players seem unbothered, no desire, no fight, apart from possibly Donnarumma.
Say what you want, Max Alleyne is simply not yet good enough to play for a title winning team. Neither is khushanov unfortunately.
Rico is nowhere near good enough atm.
Really, really, really poor.
That’s as bad as it gets.
Reminds me of the Wigan loss except tonight, we didn’t even stand a chance.
It’s just really sad, and I can’t see the board staying behind Pep if we keep producing shit performances, shit results.
Obviously when Guehi and Dias come back and come in, things might get better defensively but from what I saw tonight, there is a much deeper problem that’s still there from last season.

As bad as our defence is and it wasnt great before the injuries, our attacking play is even worse. Yet again it takes us almost twice the attempts to equal the shots on target the opponents achieved.
And yet again, the set pieces remain a coach stealing a living. Needs a complete refresh with new ideas in the summer
 
Regardless of how crap our defence were, our attack was an absolute disgrace. Haaland, Foden, Cherki and Reinjders.
Lewis bought nothing to the game neither defensively, offensively or control.
And Rodri, the should be experienced head in that team, well..
Just an absolute shambles for the second time this week.
 
Where do you start with a performance like that ? Our play is too predictable and easy to defend against. Teams catch us in transition too easily playing high line at back. Rodri should know better stupid Red.
Not confident for weekend v Wolves they will up for it. Hopefully Guehi and Semenyo coming in gives us a boost.
