Khusanov can play there surely?Yes but he has to. Can hardly start Lewis. We need Nunes back.
Rico cannot start today, especially at right back. Not sure Pep will start Khusa at right back though

Leave the conspiracy themes to my username please? Can see us getting turned over today something isn’t right behind the scenes ??
That's the spirit! Can see us getting turned over today something isn’t right behind the scenes ??
he might use Ait Nouri again, nearly worked for 20 minutes in the week...Yes but he has to. Can hardly start Lewis. We need Nunes back.
There are too many injured or ill players behind the scenes. That is all.Can see us getting turned over today something isn’t right behind the scenes ??
So looks like Cherki Reijnders Semenyo behind MarmoushYeah Doku’s not starting. Cherki, Semenyo, Guehi all start. Foden and Haaland on bench
Do any of those offer pause or rewind? Or a decent picture?
Maybe Erl has asked for a rest? He has played the most hours this season. He can always come on later in the game .yep.
I mean, can you really keep Haaland benched?
If this does work, and we start the same way against Galatasaray with Marmoush up top, does Erl not start to get a bit pissed off with Pep?
John Stones debut would do for me. :)Hoping this game to be a little bit like Leeds when Dias did his debut (if my mind serves me right).
They did lose those two for a while and suffered but didn't disintegrate which is what has happened to us the last week.Of course we will wobble in the face of such a list of injuries but lets hope starting from today we remain competitive, put in a shift, set up in an appropriate manner and give it our best shot. That's all most fans ask from the team.As last year, we lost nearly all of our back line, at one fell swoop: Josko, Ruben, Matheus. Oh and, just for good measure, our defensive midfielder Nico G, who was doing a highly creditable job up to then (better, in fact, than Rod since he's come back, dare I say?) No team would not have a wobble.
Imagine this one: Arsenal lose Gabriel and Saliba in the same match — out for weeks and weeks — and, just for good measure, Rice. Does anybody really think they'd steam on as if nothing had happened?
About time we get a proper chance to see Marmoush……I see no value in benching Haaland, surely you try for a lead and then bring him off. Marmoush is a totally unkown quantity this season, and I don't think you bed in Guehi and Semenyo by totally changing the dynamic of the attack.
Foden is more debateable but it's interesting the NBC commentary of the derby frequently mentioned Lewis standing on Foden's toes. I think he'll improve when Nunes returns.
