Decent enough team but you wonder how many are fully fit. Haaland and Foden deservedly benched as its been like playing with nine men lately, so ineffective they've both been. Marmoush has to seize his chance and start hitting the net.
 
unpopular opinion I’m sure but when you look at a lineup like that it looks more fighting for top 6 than fighting for a title.

That team should steamroller this Wolves side. Need a win but we also need a performance, got to see some fight and hunger in this team after recent abject performances.

Or Pep could do the most Pep thing possible and play Marmoush on the left, Semenyo on the right and Cherki as a False 9.
 
Starting eleven is not too bad. It’s good to see Pep making the (correct) big decision to bench Foden and Haaland. The midfield still bothers me. We have Rodri but Reijnders, Cherki and Bernardo aren’t good at tackling and breaking up opposition attacks. Our midfield has been overrun so many times recently leaving the back four and keeper exposed.
 
Im fairly happy with that line up all things considered. Haaland and Foden needed a rest! We have them in reserve. Hopefully we are stronger in the middle and look reasonable at the back!!

Bernardo isnt good at tackling or breaking up play? He's the best in the squad at it.

Given our injury situation it's all we could realistically field. The players benched have been awful lately and need a rest/kick up the arse. We probably are fighting for a top four finish given we're seven points behind Arsenal, but you never know.

You do realise that team has been put out because of injuries and some players cant continue due to tiredness, resulting in a lack of form and due to playing too many minutes.A hell of a lot of Blue Mooners were calling for this sort of team and wanting players "x, y and z" rested.
 
I wonder who people are gonna blame in the team if we don't win with Haaland and Foden dropped?
