I doubt it. I can see resentment against US military members — they represent the nation.

Given the intelligence and critical thinking levels of the on the left of the bell curve of the population - I’m thinking back a few decades here when a Paediatric doctor was hassled for advertising their job title and the angry mob attacked them for being a paedo…
… then I think all US visitors to these shores will be resented by that type of population demographic.

Same thing happens with whatever is the current popular target - immigrants, welfare ‘scroungers’, the homeless etc.

Set your target, don’t bother about thinking that maybe not all of ‘them’ are the worst.. or bother to find out individually before venting… seems to be the go-to these days :-(

We're always hearing about how Americans need guns to protect themselves from an oppressive government. It turns out when one actually comes along, they just bend over and take it. As long as they're not oppressing me, I guess.
