Pretty much came to my attention in the mid to late 80's with the release of the 'Art of the Deal' and the Trump Org helicopter crash. I always knew about his Mafia connections, the racism and ethics cases, his shady financial dealings, multiple bankruptcies and the Russia connections. Had him pegged as a wrong un from day one.

When his flailing career was essentially resurrected by Mark Burnett in the Apprentice USA (what the fuck was he thinking?) he started to become more obnoxious than ever. I was living in Scotland when there was that whole saga regarding the golf course development near Menie in Aberdeenshire. The locals absolutely fucking despise him.

When he chose to run for president, I initially though he had no chance, but as the campaign gained momentum I though he might just have a chance. Then for some inexplicable reason, James Comey essentially blew up Hillary's campaign overnight, leaving Trump home and free.

There are no doubt more dots to connect as to how exactly we ended up here (at least publicly), and when all the dust settles and everything is out there in the public domain it will go down as one of the biggest scandals, not just politicly, but in history full stop.
