Spurs (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

In all seriousness, Haaland can feck off. An absolutely lazy bastard who offers nothing. He doesn't chase anything nor create anything for himself or anyone else.

This is a bit harsh. In the first half his hold up play was good and he played some nice balls out wide.

Oh they can, believe me they can :-)
Nah, we were abysmal second half and didn't deserve anything. Whilst I think we were hard done by once again by officials the team stank the place out. Genuinely as poor as I've seen us for a long long time that second half.

Spineless second half that,it was embarrassing, litterally threw it away, gettin seriously fed up of this shite now,it aint entitled, weve dropped 11 points in 6 games,in the leauge thats fuckin relegation form, and it needs callin out for what it is ,it aint good enough, title hopes done dusted move on

The moment in the first half where cherki had 15 yds of space with no one near him, driving towards the penalty area...options either way and he tried a scoop pass that gave possession away...its that type of shit the Pep was talking about the other week. Cherki is on the pitch to ein football matches...not entertain by trying needless shit....

Be serious or fuck off
It’s not that which pissed me off about Cherki today, it’s that from being injured he did nothing for the 45 mins he then stayed on the pitch, in which case get off the fucking pitch and let us replace you.

Score the first goal, then stroll about like we are winning 5 nil.

Spurs in the first half were there for a hammering.

In football there's always gonna be chances for the opposition. Especially with this fragile City team.

Today is the day when the final nail in the coffin on our title chances was hammered in.

How the fuck we are second is beyond me. Our play is laboured, out dated and boring.
Remember the game we played against them when Aguero got a hat trick in 20 minutes or something and then went off injured? No doubt my memory is playing tricks there but the point is we absolutely took apart a shite team when they were there for the taking - the walking first half was just weird

Pep must be leaving because this sort of shit doesn't happen with a hungry Pep
I would like to see the club come out and say Pep will leave in the summer and get this shit over with
Well I actually think its interesting that Leinders has done a couple od pressers pre match now.
Now im not saying he's gonna be the next manager but it suggests something may be changing.

The foul on Haaland at the corner. It’s staggering what they’ve done.

VAR say the key contact was before the corner came in. Ok, so you can do what you want when defending a corner as long as you do it in time.
The simple truth with this is its a foul but as per forever the ref doesn't give it because every corner thereafter they will get grief for not giving a penalty for a grapple, a shirt pull, obstruction etc.. Always been the case. Fouls given outside the box are not always given inside the box.
It was being discussed back in the 80's and always will. I wouldn't be putting Haaland on the goal line tbh.

I understand that, but I'd argue that we don't even look like we're set up to win football matches, none of the players look up for it, and that falls on the coaching staff

The way things are going ( if we go by today’s shambles)we could throw away the 2 goal lead against Newcastle make it worse by going to ET then losing and then a trip to anfield next Sunday..

2 centre backs, 1 balon dor winning central midfielder, one 6’4’ full back playing alongside him and two now experieced full backs should have meant we could have easily played stodgy dont-concede football 2nd half and coasted to a 2-0. instead we looked wide fucking open all the time trying to score a third

i blame Pep.
