Is the league, for want of a better word, ‘bent’?

it's bent, and it's been bent for years.

The only alternative is to believe that referees are grossly incompetent and haven't got a fucking clue what they are doing.
Perhaps Pgmol want us to think it’s incompetence. No ref gets sanctioned and apologies sent out but in truth match fixing and betting markets are the real reasons.

Rodri was bloody lucky to stay on the pitch he should have had his second red in two weeks. This was most certainly a decision that went in our favour ignored conveniently by those venting on this thread.
To think this levels it out is baffling. Numerous spurs players committed yellow card offences but weren’t given.

The more dodgy VAR and match officials going against us, the more I am 100% City won the 115 case against them.
What other reason could it be ? We have seen the Premier League fine us £millions for so-called late kicking off and know so many bad calls on VAR reviews, Also City have had 4 new officials referee our games this season ? So they can put it down to honest mistakes

It's clear that the Premier league have a very big issue with Manchester City and wants some payback, This is why we are treated so badly to the rest, even the so-called home advantage all teams get is now gone from City games,

I highlighted this months ago and it just got lost in time, BUT Doku is getting kicked off the park every time he plays. It's clear the injuries have come from being kicked all the time, THIS is so wrong that a player is getting injured because the Premier League have a issue with us

Also Rodri speaks out and all the media are all on the premier league side and rodri is a cry baby

WWE or whatever it's called these days is clearly an entertainment IP as opposed to a sport and it's directed and treated accordingly. Obviously, football isn't anywhere near that yet but one of the ways it can be manipulated towards being more of a controllable entertainment IP first and foremost, rather than a sport, is through the officials. It's a slow trajectory but its a corrosive one,

My ex brother in law is a dipper and he said this yesterday, said he's noticed it for a while...now believe me, if he says it there must be something up!

Our games just seem to be reffed differently. It's almost like they change the rules every game we play now.

Unlikely as we wouldn't have won
it 4 times in a row. Though we've been on the end of a spate of shockers recently.
At our peak, we won despite them, they were still trying to fuck City over, it’s just that the other teams just weren’t on our level..
This league is as bent as it’s ever been and it’s so fuckin obvious it’s beyond ridiculous…

Every interpretation of the LOTG & financial governance rules have been manipulated to try & stop City & they couldn’t get away with it without a compliant & corrupt media.

They are all cunts!

Weird thing is they’ve done this to the biggest star in football, Haaland would be getting 50 goals a season in a fair league & would have had the same effect as Jordan on the NBA & had tv deals tripled.
If Big Erl stops missing sitters he will get 50 goals a year…
He is rarely given fouls though despite people holding him constantly ..

Haaland penalty shout? Human error?
Wolves handball …human error?
Dalot on Doku …..human error
Newcastle offside…..human error even tho stills showed offside
Yesterdays goal….human error

The list goes on and all these are pivotal decisions and too frequent against one team.
Meanwhile over in the swamplands of Trafford and the inner-city wastelands of scouseville......

As the old saying goes, it all evens itself out over the course of 10 seasons, well it may do, just not specifically for each club.

I think partly it's because it's just "likkle old Citeh" so the officials don't care as much if they get to the right decision. They know it won't get the media attention if it was the red shirt cartel that was on the end of it. We've (as a club) also not highlighted the injustices that we've been on the end of as much as other clubs do until recently. As far as I know we haven't received an acknowledgemnt, let alone an apology, from PGMOL that any of the recent decisions were wrong. Instead they've doubled down asserting that the officials on the day got their decisions correct.

To get the decisions we've had against us for 4 games running does make you think that there may be something more though. You automatically hearken back to that quote from Scudamore saying they want different names on the trophy each year and you begin to wonder.

It's not just decisions on the field that can be weaponised against us.

You remember Haaland's first season? He was bullying defenders and scoring for fun. So what happens? Interpretations are changed so that defenders can be more physical. It was "trialled" at the end of that season and made official that summer with some bullshit reasoning. You can almost pinpoint the exact week they tried it.

Don't give me that "every fan thinks their team is badly treated" bullshit. We can all see what is going on, and has been going on for a decade.

Cue the snivelling "well, if they were trying to stop us, they weren't very successful, were they?" comments. I can predict who will make them as well.

It was bent when city won and it’s bent now that city lose.

Subtle manipulation.

Come the time the 115 verdict is released and Manchester City are clear of any wrongdoing, it will be the day a new format in the league or the superleague will be announced and voted for

You can smell the fear coming off United Liverpool Arsenal Chelsea and their media gangs that come the day Manchester City win the 155 will be the day they control football and the media in england and call all the shots,

And the club know it's bent. They knew it in 2011/2012 when they had to take action. They commissioned a dossier (at a cost of £0.25m I believe) based on betting patterns showing that the powers-that-be were trying to fix the outcome. Four refs were named I believe. One is still active in PGMOL. The guy who did the research for that told me he deserved a winner's medal.

It's why Mike Riley came scurrying up to the Etihad in April 2012 trying to convince some of us that everything was above board. Unfortunately he tripped himself up quite badly in trying to do that.

There have been at least two incidents where our players have been banned because refs were been told to "see" something they didn't.

The Football Is Fixed guy told me at the start of the 2019/20 season that it had been "arranged" for Liverpool to win it.

I've reproduced the 'You're Worse Than Clattenburg" piece I wrote for KOTK (https://forums.bluemoon-mcfc.co.uk/threads/clattenburg.369029/#post-18465313) showing the statistical anomaly when said ref officiated while Thaksin Shinawatra was our owner, compared to after the ADUG takeover when Thaksin was ousted.

Always thought we won despite them, unlike the Rags, who garner favour to stay up these days. Shows what a great set of achievements we had, it meant more! To beat the establishment as well, Pep is the greatest of all time without a shadow of doubt!

I have been saying since the 100 point season. In that season something wasn't right, teams were allowed to kick us all over with impunity and pundits would gloss over it and say stuff like "kick em if you can't stop them" type of bollocks, think Danny Murphy said something similar. I remember the spurs home game that season, Deli Ali and Kane should have walked for dangerous straight legged challenges on sterling and KDB, nothing, but if fern placed his hand on someone's shoulder then instant yellow with the likes of neville talking about master of dark arts.
Cardiff away, I'm sure Sane got injured through unpunished challenge, Wigan in the cup Delph sent off for retaliation against bad tackles. Aguero against united got his knee done, no penalty. Im sure Aguero got booked for diving against Southampton despite replays showing he got wiped out.
But more often than not we would regularly get more bookings for shit small folks.
United when finished 2nd with solkjaer had something like 25 penalties awarded, second most was city with 13, one of klopps title run in seasons they had over 20 penalties awarded.
I still say there is a pre determined agenda, maybe not against city but they try make the season as close as possible or to suit a particular narrative for the tv production.
