Seat Counters 25/26

Depends where you were. Maybe you should try a bit harder?
Why?

I can make an observation on what actually happened tonight.

I'm not moaning, as I said I'm not arsed but I wouldn't say it was a brilliant atmosphere when it wasn't.

A few songs from the South stand second half, before most started to leave.

I enjoyed the game though and the tie was done after 30 minutes.

Never going to get the place bouncing.

So in positive news we've got another Wembley seat count to look forward to, so let me give my ticket Criteria Suggestion.

Monday - All ST Holders on Cup Scheme
Tuesday - All ST Holders
Wednesday - All Matchday Members

And allow people to buy up to 4 as soon as they're eligible. This will allow groups to buy together straight away.

Club need to make sure they don't drag this out.
Broadly agree though I'd priorities citizens members who've purchased league cup matches this season over non cup scheme season card holders. It'll never happen but just think they should be rewarded

I'll be honest mate, I completely agree with you.

I'll just say I suggested something similar for the FA Cup final last year and it upset a lot of people on here.

If the images last night doesn’t annoy the club to make changes then I’m not sure what will.

They don’t show up for the less glamorous games. Tonight, Exeter and others the day trippers are no where to be seen.

Half the time I’m noticing a lot of them aren’t actively supporting us, they are there for a day out

they will be there for wembley, that's all that matters, time to get the tourists back on board now it's final time, fuck off regulars

Given the match is 6 weeks away, will the tickets even go on sale for another week or 2?

Do you know what I'd do for this one, given the recent apparent downturn in ticket demand?

When sales open for Cup Scheme holders I'd allow them to buy 2 tickets. It's a reward for being in the scheme, will mean that a lot of people bring their kids/friends/occcasional fans. Total guess, 20K on the scheme, 12K buy tickets and haff take the extra one. There would still be plenty left for the other categories.

Totally agree what we don't need are slow and draconian criteria from the off. There is a ticket for this game for anyone who wants them and they need to be made accessible quickly so people make their plans.

Moan, moan, moan. You seem fixated on your fellow fans.

I think it's a load of factors repeatedly adding up to a larger number.

1. Higher ticket prices have slowly turned away a load of otherwise die-hard fans
2. Ticket policies have made it increasingly difficult to just pass your ticket onto a mate if you can't go
3. We play more home games than any team outside London and it adds up financially, so people pick and choose
4. Travel options to and from the ground aren't up to standard for quickly moving 50,000 people
5. Season ticket holders not coming to cup games and not selling their ticket back to City
6. Large batches of seats being withheld by City and sold to tourists on Viagogo
7. City fans saving their money for bigger games than (what was essentially) a dead rubber before another Wembley trip
8. At least 4-5,000 are generally missing from midweek night games in the cup (always been this way)

If each of the items in the list affect, say, 1,000 people, then you're gonna be down at 44,000 anyway.
