Whatever one thinks about Scruffy's opinions, five years ago it would have been a reputation destroyer to say what he's said, not now.

The ground has shifted, this is no longer on the fringes of social media but in mainstream political discourse, in mainstream media, in polite company, this stuff and more is considered legitimate discourse.
