Denton and Gorton by-election - Green Party wins

Told you - voting in 5 days and Farage has no interest in it - he's fucked off to Chagos ( which isn't open to tourists anyway ) - they are probably doing their own polling and know its a bust for them and as ever Farage wants to distance himself from any fall out from the loss

Has he tried to get to a small island by boat without the correct documentation?

Add the bookies to that list as well. Labour won't care, though; they would prefer a Reform victory over a Green one.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of this election to see how the influencers, or those who try, have done. Take yourself, you are left wing, who probably wants more funding in social sectors, like myself, but you don’t feel you will get that under Labour, and particularly Starmer.

The question is, will the Greens become government, or even have an influence on it?

The Greens are not perfect, far from it. I hope that it's the start of a left-wing resurgence, one seat at a time.

That Labour would rather Reform win than the Greens.

Added to the amount of time Labour MP's are attacking the Greens recently, I stand by the comment.

Doesn’t look that way from how they’ve approached by-election. They probably think their policies are far closer to reforms than the Greens. As this Labour government and more importantly their many rich sonars are very much to the right.

several blue labour MPs openly going for the greens and the odius MikeTapp using rape as a political weapon shows they are shitting themselves about being possibly 3rd.

Really at this point anyone wanting reform stopped must be voting green
If I lived in the constituency I would 100% be voting Green.

Personally, I just don’t see that happening and although I do hope the Greens or Labour keep the likes of Goodwin out, I do think that Reform have been given an opportunity to split the vote, an opportunity that even they didn't think they’d get, as per their candidate.

I didn’t realise detection systems on submarines had political views or had their own wealth. Where are the periscopes on the political spectrum?
