Big moment in the season, of course we still have the 2nd legs this week but this draw will essentially shape the rest of the season as we find out our pathway to the final. I've added a poll for now but will amend when sides are knocked out this week.
2 immediate things to look out for:
- Who will we face in the next round? (Real Madrid, Bodo/Glimt, Benfica, Inter)
- Which side of the draw will we be on for our potential quarter final opponent? (Bayern or Arsenal)
As it stands it's looking fairly likely that we will face Real Madrid or Bodo/Glimt in the last 16. Inter probably the most likely to turn their game around but Bodo/Glimt have been very good in recent weeks, went to Atletico and won.
We will be away first in the last 16.
We will be at home first in the quarter finals should we make it.
We will be away first in the semi finals should we make it.
Details:
Benfica and Real Madrid are midway through their two-legged play-off, with the Spanish side 1-0 up.
Meanwhile, Bodo/Glimt won the first leg against Inter 3-1 in the Arctic Circle.
Both ties will be completed in the week before the draw.
The draw will also signal our potential opponents all the way to this year’s final, so we’ll cover who City could play in the quarter-final and semi-final too.
Quarter-finals: 7/8 & 14/15 April 2026
Semi-finals: 28/29 April & 5/6 May 2026
Final: 30 May 2026 (Budapest)
