Leeds United (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Hahahaha this handball is ridiculous. If that’s given in real time then we should pack up and fuck football off, never mind by somebody who can have a second look.

Reeks of desperation from the ones who are gutted they can’t write any headlines other than an important City win.
After the United pen v us in the cup final, anything is possible with agenda driven officiating

Listen you, Eccles, I’m about to shit my pants because Leeds have a corner in the last minute and I’m reading you banging on about bringing on Johnny Boulders.

You’re on my naughty list for that!
*lol* That posting was my distraction because I was reaching for my BP tablets and monitor as I was worrying about the corner. Plus I was shouting at the TV as if I was at the match. It’s a good job my neighbours are away for the weekend!

Please take me off your naughty list. I’m kind honestly. :-) pretty please.

Was a tough game. Leeds have been in good form recently, especially at home so it was never going to be easy. Made even harder with losing Haaland to injury. Thought we coped pretty well with the pressure they put on us early doors with both Rodri & Bernardo dropping back to nullify the press. Can't remember Donnarumma having a difficult save to make. Rodri had a tremendous game throughout but was aided manfully by Cherki who was at the heart of everything we did going forward and what a pass to set up the assist on the goal. Shame about Nico O and hope his injury isn't too bad.

3pts and on to the next one.

I don’t want your sob story ;-)

Nearly finished me off that game and I’m only 33

I get your point about religion shouldn’t interfere with sport, but dehydration can seriously fuck you up, I would rather a quick break than a player keel over. That’s the stark choice.
I agree i would not want to see any player suffer health complications as a result of dehydration. However, this break situation sets a precedent for further interrupting of the game I fear. What comes next? A 10 minute break whilst someone has a quick prayer? A 5 minute break whilst someone makes a confession?

That fat slug Shamoon only 2 questions to Pep yesterday were about players breaking their fast. Keep religion and politics out of football.

Lost all meaning of the word deliberate handball, as you say pack it in if he gives that.

DCL puts his arm on Nunes, so Nunes puts his arm on him and it hits his elbow when he isn't even looking.

Never ever ever a penalty.
It wasn’t, that’s why they didn’t give it.
