Wolves was a banana skin for Arsenal. If anything goes against them in a game, they fall to pieces. City can behave likewise. We've seen that in many close title races.

I dont think we'll be in the competition as long as them in fairness

I see us struggling to get past Madrid, where as I think Arsenal are likely to get to the final, so more big games

Hopefully im wrong about us

Not sure that Arsenal will get to the final ,but definetly have a much easier road to the final.

Yeah I think two legs against Madrid is a tall ask for this squad at its phase in development....dont think it has the quality in it yet.
 
I'm positive we are going to win after watching arsenal today,they ran out of ideas relying on set pieces to win games is not the sign of champions.
 
Think Wednesday night will tell us more.
Forest at home will be tricky as they are better than their league position and create a lot but just can't put them away so watch them become suddenly clinical v us where we have been very fortunate to get the wins of late. Simply must win game and hope Brighton can get something at home to Arsenal/
Still think we will fall short this season though

Us at our place
Newcastle (H)
Fulham (H)
West Ham (A)
Burnley(H)

The only 3 games I can see them dropping any points in is Brighton, us and possibly Palace away last game (Which would mean we would still need to be in it mathematically by that point.
They will win their home games.

Unless we beat them and are perfect in every other game as well I think they win it

Welcome to a title race. There are zero easy matches a it’s about who can hold their nerve and handle pressure best.

This is something Arsenal have proved they are not very good at

They are very nervous and reliant on set pieces.

The tolerance of referees towards foul play in their attacking and defensive set pieces has risen to an unprecedented level. That is sustaining them and it will probably remain vital to them through this season.

Never said there were any easy matches. They are a solid side...might be boring and rely on set pieces but they are hard to beat..

We are better attacking wise, more pleasing on the eye but we are also open ....we have been good defensively but our plan relies on being very good one to one a lot of the time...which we have been but it also means that we are slightly more vulnerable defensively
 
Neither team is convincing to say the least. Feels like both team could drop points at any point.

Is the correct answer and has been for some time.
 
50/50 for me at present.......but I do wonder if all those who say how poor Arse have been, and were today, have actually watched us??? We have been very poor in most 2nd halves....and could easily have been 2 down early doors yesterday.
The biggest positive imo....is the fitter Rodders gets, the better we get as games go on, hopefully we can soon keep the same level for 90mins.
 
Yes this is what we live for what we’re used to as a team are we as strong as we used to be no but nor is the opposition

I don’t have a strong gut feeling one way or another. It is just too close to call at this point in my opinion.
