yes, this is over. I was very much looking forward at Arsenal after they dropped points vs Wolves as a surprise as they had Spurs away, Chelsea home, Brighton away set of fixtures which are far from easy. and they reacted with 9/9 points perfect record. these are fixtures we got total of 2 points. thats where the 7 points difference comes from sadly.
I thought maybe they really bottle it under pressure, but based on how they reacted to dropped points (Wolves), I didnt see similar reaction from City in all January.
not beating 16th Forest at home is capitulation simply. usual 2nd half drop off, all on Pep.
more worried about FA cup and CL now. play like this and even a mediocre Barcodes and rather shit Real can send us out of two cup comps. this month could be rather awful if Pep doesnt prepare the team to be able to play 90 mins at decent level and concentration. decent first halves and huge drop off 2nd halves wont get us far.
