Elliot Anderson | Opening bid rejected (p189)

Too much noise about this now for it not to happen IMO. I’d hazard a guess that it’s been done with the player for months and it’s just a case of whether the fee will be lower due to relegation.

Hopefully they go down. To skimp on the fee and because they’re unlikeable cunts too.
I’d much rather us pay £10m more for him if it meant forest staying up & spurs getting relegated :)

Any 2 of Rodri, Nico G, O Reilly and Anderson for the midfield duo next season and im happy.

Haha. It won’t be £10m though. I bet the difference between a relegated fee and not will be massive. Potentially more than double.

I agree with the sentiment, though!
Nobody knows really, only mentions I’ve ever seen of any clause let alone relegation clause are in here. Out in the real world not seen anything mentioned or rumoured.

I loke how he was chatting with our players after The game. Almost like he was saying, I'll be over soon :)

By who mate?

I have a journalist within the football world who told me about Guehi as he is the palace main guy who keeps his ear to ground and asks clubs and sources etc and when anything juicy comes up he lets me now. Not exactly shock news I know as it’s all across the media etc but he 100% wants to move to us asap in the summer. Also said that Viana already has a good relationship with their owner so now it’s just about if they stay up or go down that affects the price.

I'd take that
