Despite last nights shambles, we do have some big characters through the spine of the team and the two new guys Semenyo and Guehi are experienced PL players - after struggling last night it was their first taste of CL football to be fair to them.

Haha that's an insane logic, we'd be better just fucking off the 2nd leg and focusing on the domestic cups. We were unlikely going to beat Bayern over 2 legs anyway.

That's close to what I think, but Doku won't be fresh enough to play 60-70 minutes at top level again and we'll need him vs Madrid from the start. The same applies to Rodri.

I'd start Semenyo instead of Doku and Foden/Reijnders instead of Rodri. Sub on Doku and Rodr in the last 30 minutes or so, maybe also Haaland for Marmoush/Semenyo.

Edit: maybe Khusa for Stones/Guehi as well.

Probably because with Arsenal likely to beat Everton at home, even a draw for us is probably going to see us out of two competitions in the space of 3 days.

We then have Arsenal in the League Cup final next weekend.

Lose that on top of the first two and it's pretty much season over on the space of 10 days.
