It drives me mad. We’ve got a quality squad that can’t play Peps system. Catch 22 this season. I love Pep to death and will be gutted when it comes to an end, but it seems clear to me we’ve bought types of players which will do better under the next management. Marmoush is an average footballer, no one can convince me otherwise. He will 100% have games when he will score multiple goals, but average players do that too.

He reminds me of the type of player we'd sign c.2008-2012. He'd have been a cult hero in a different era, but it's such a step back from the era who have come from.

I'm just hoping that Pep sat up in the stand can tonight actually see what we see that all that
slow sideways possession doesn't actually create many chances for us and that forcing corners doesn't create any chances for us but giving away corners to the opposition is very
dangerous for us. That last x5 mins should concern him as they were one on one with one
simple pass upfield. We covered them OK but
too simple for them to put us under pressure
facing our own goal and likely concede another corner. We either need some pace on a wing or
Cherki on to get Nunes behind the backline or
