The movement is fantastic and West Ham have been drawn in so narrow, but you cannot capitalise unless someone is stood near the byline receiving the ball. We seem to be trying to dominate on both wings but why not just overload on one side?

Like 2 or 3 other unfortunately theres too many jump on wagon tossers on here so when a player has a good game instantly its like the past is forgotten

It’s also not his fault at all. Marmoush considers himself as a 9. Why is he playing as a winger when he doesn’t have the ability to do so? We’ve been so poorly coached recently but critical thinking is a myth when it comes to Pep’s “tactics”

I've said all season I don't think much training happens. All we hear from Pep is that they are ' exhausted '. FGS just why??? Most weeks where there is no midweek game he let's them all sod off on holiday instead of doing some intensive training.

I'm totally fed up of it. Not at all enjoying watching.

Who is the problem? Is it Pep or is it the quality of the players?

A rot has set in. We have a bloated squad. We don’t have a talented nucleus of 7/8 players. We have moments in games that’s it. The overall play and performances have gone down hill badly.

So we either need to sell the poor players or changes the coach. My issue is not with either choice but with the people making the recruitment decisions. Last couple season they have all got it badly wrong.

We look nothing like a pep team. Someone needs to acknowledge the decline and start to make changes.

I am a bit fed up of watching this football. Was bearable when we were winning stuff, but it's been dull for a good 3 seasons now. It takes about ten minutes for the snap to disappear out of our passing and everyone just holds on to the ball long enough for the gaps to disappear. The front 3 don't have a reliable enough touch to play so narrow and close to each other - especially against a back 5.

Don’t turn up for fucking hours, crowd gets restless and start causing riots- then fucking boom!!! They play and melt your faces off.

Plenty of good possession, but that Semenyo chance aside, we've done nothing with it. It should be a criminal offence to not start Cherki ahead of some of this lot.

Overall, the defence and midfield are working quite well. But the problem is the front line using the wrong tools. This sort of crowded, packed defence is not for Marmosh and Semenyo, it should be unlocked by players with better first touch and technique, like Savinho and Cherki instead.
