Rodri was our best player.I agree with the rest, but not this. I thought Rodri played well.

You know he doesn’t eat on the day of the game as he is so wound up in it? So, if he is enjoying a pizza then he deserves it The result will hurt him as much as any fan the difference is his decisions are the only ones that get tested unlike everyone else’s ideas and that include the dick head pundits sat there taking a wedge when most of them are either failed mangers or not brave enough to give it a goSuppose Pep will be enjoying pizza with friends this evening. After talking gibberish in his press conference. We really are a damp squid this season. Flashes of a good team in some games followed by pure averageness in others. Arsenal have been nailed on for the league for months in my book, bit like Liverpool last season. Next season maybe improvement but the days of dominating the league are well and truly over.
agree, Cherki and Foden have to be in our best sidePep sacrificed his identity to evolve with the league instead of technical , good in small space players we’ve got runners and ball progresses which has turned into Posession for possession sake.
The overall identity of a Pep team isn’t there. So we look boring and out of ideas. When we used to have solutions across the pitch.
No. If we end up second then that's a good season. We are not entitled to win the leagueIf Ricky Bobby taught us anything it’s that if you ain’t first you are last
Nowhere at the minute? He’s nailed it! Our most in form player is Bernardo and he’s in 30’s and probably leaves in the summer. We’re a mess from the keeper who is 6-5 but doesn’t like crosses to a striker who is undroppable ! Something has to give we’re going nowhere at the minute
I can absolutely give West Ham credit they deserve. They dug in and defended exactly how id expect a team in 18th fighting for their premier league lives to play. However my gripe is with my team who are 2nd, that cost ridiculous amounts of money to put together and showed half the fight West Ham did.Can you not give West Ham any credit, they are fighting for their lives to stay up.
Imo we were unlucky rather than shite.
Come on man (or woman). What did we create first half other than the Semenyo chance? Our goal was a bit of a one off.We weren’t shite! There was no lack of passion and fight from the players and we totally controlled the game. West Ham crossed the half way line about half dozen times and we had a few decent chances. The problem is not scoring. When we last won the league we scraped a lot wins with half chances and dodgy performances and luck. Things are not going our way at the moment and we haven’t got the world class players now who could change close games. But we are not shite and Pep doesn’t deserve the abuse he’s getting on here. We’re bloody frustrating to watch at times I admit, but if a team that’s second in the league, in a Cup final, still in the FA cup and Champions league ( Just) is shite then what was I watching when we fuck all for 34 years?
No we didn’t, not reallySo many spoilt brats on here, we can’t win it every year but we gave it a good go.
I was joking of course. But second and losing by double digits is a reflection of how bad we have been when it matters most. It’s the countless games we drew or lost from winning positions that have killed us. The league in general isn’t that impressiveNo. If we end up second then that's a good season. We are not entitled to win the league
Maybe Ramadan has something to do with why Cherki and Aït-Nouri aren’t playing the full 90.I wasn't going to come on and post but......
The first twenty minutes were about control but by fuck were they boring. Not one shot on goal.
Maybe it was a tactic to wear them down but our first shot..... was it or did Bernie get lucky ?
And of course their first proper threat led to a goal, same old problem.
There was no excitement and no intensity throughout the match, it was stale and thats on Pep. He has over coached the team, they are frightened.
Why is Cherki on the bench again ? The one flair player but clearly not a Pep player.
I am dreading Wednesday and the League Cup Final
He’s got a very good point though, they are usually givenCling to that if you want. We don’t play with any urgency until it’s too late, and, we struggle to break down a team that sits deep
In six years, Arteta has won one FA Cup and two Charity Shields at the club that considers itself to be England's quintessential club and London's foremost club.Mad isn’t it gone the likes of Maresca & Arteta to having two absolute failures. Kolo Toure I think had the worst managerial record ever at Wigan. Pep Lijnders fucked off from Salzburg
“They way they put the cones out is so so good, believe me”This goes under the radar, both have done f all to effect our play. Both are a joke
Why would that be?Maybe Ramadan has something to do with why Cherki and Aït-Nouri aren’t playing the full 90.
