Impossible task made harder by a decision from Bernardo that a senior player of his experience should know how to deal with better.

That being said we've at least gone at them and anything can happen in football.

It was a pen - a bit stupid from Bernie as he could have moved a little earlier - I think it may have hit the post though. But, Dias was all over the place when the ball hit the post initially.

Positive for me is how fluid we look going forward. If Pep had put Nico G in the middle to help Rodri I honestly believe we would have had more of a chance.

Good that between Doku and Cherki they have created four top chances that should have led to at least 2 more goals.

Erling needs to either raise his effort or maybe ask to be taken off for games down the track - he's not closing them down at all which is a disappointment.

I don't want us to roll over here though - we need to really give it a go at the start of the second to try and get some momentum for big games coming up. We all know Pep's lineup in Spain lost us the tie.

30 mins to see the graphic that looks like a child has put together. Funny how all these close calls seem to go against us isnt it.

Bollocks. That's a cartoon, not the actual match frame. It doesn't show the angles it was taken from or anything anyway.
They don’t do that anymore unfortunately and that’s the downside with semi automatic offside.

I’ve turned the pundits off cuz of the panel. Really want to see the offside again though. The ref flagged for it about 20 seconds after it happened. If he’d flagged any thing sooner it would never have developed. Just feels like those little decisions go against us all the time. I call it soft bias. If that had been us it would have been instant flag like it was one time on Saturday. I remember commenting on how quick they were as it was so tight. Obvs we never saw that again.
Is that the b-side to Soft Signal?

Let’s get an early goal and put the cat amongst the pigeons.
Would love to see some long balls for Haaland to run onto and maybe just force a mistake and red card.
Though with this ref we’d more than likely get sent off for diving.

The graphic shows Vini is on.

Bernie literally put his body on the line to try and keep us in it.

Let's win the match for him.

He put his arm in front of a goal bound shot, rather than any other body part and was rightly sent off. He didn't land at fucking Normandy
