Awful.

Forget the 10 men nonsense.

We can’t score and can’t defend.

Khaldoon right down to pep need to take a hard look at what they are doing with recruitment.

This current team is awful.

Not well done because you had ten players. Put the ball in the net.

Khus established himself.

The rest utterly useless with an awfully weak mentality.

Got what we deserved, nothing.

Judge on results not emotions.

Khusanov man of the match. Cherki and Doku played well too. No doubt only 1 will start on Sunday.

Tie was over from the first leg disaster but at least Haaland, Bernardo, Dias and Reijnders are all well rested......
 
The tie was lost in the first 45 minutes in Madrid. We were attacking well tonight but the midfield was open as fuck. Bernardo made a stupid decision - either do it legally or let it in, don't get sent off.

We gave up far too many good chances, were too inaccurate in attack but lots of effort put in. Doku had a great game and Cherki showed why he should basically always start. Khus is a monster

Another positive is how Pep’s half time tactical change actually did well. Changed it quicker than usual and was effective with it.

Game was done when Haaland went off. We were getting chances until he was subbed but all attacking impetus went afterwards unfortunately.

Oh, the ref and Vinicius are cunts.

Agreed. Our best attacking performance is quite a while too.

Intensity was much better.

Thought taking Nunes off also stopped our impetus even more.

Had we had our finishing boots on, we may still have made it tighter, but they did miss some huge chances too.
 
A valiant effort that. Crowd brilliant (need that level Sunday). The damage done in the first game, as the saying goes. Lots of really good performances and we kept going. But it was the usual story with a decision/key event that goes their bloody way. Onto the cup final lads. Let’s get that trophy.
 
Decent effort tonight especially after being down to 10. The team feels a long way away from being a cohesive unit though and the dripping off a cliff of Phil and Erl is killing us. Curious times.

Yep. Game was over the moment they went 1-0 up. Arguably over before it started but that goal killed it.
