Unbelievable performance, best game I've been too since Madrid (4-0) in the treble season. Fantastic atmosphere, until a few left early, hahaha!!. Nico G and Khus were very very good. But Cherki was standout. Everyone worked hard and despite not starting quite as well as them we were always very comfortable.

A great win and onto the Semi's.

I don’t think this is really fair as the whole team stopped playing after the penalty save and 4 subs. That was Pep telling them the game was over and replacing half the team at once is always going to destroy any rhythm and fluidity we had before.

Simple passes either misplaced or overhit. Sadly, he seemed unable to find a blue shirt. Perhaps he should have been brought on centrally rather than on the wing. Anyway, the team played superbly today and that's the main thing.

actually thought that in the first half the scousers were better than Arsenal were in the whole 90 mins the other week, but again we just absorbed a bit of pressure and then took control. At times it looked like we were playing around them with ease and they just didnt have the physicality to cope...

Notably NOR in the first 10-15 mins just dominated every player he came up against and I think this set the tone.

Its also interesting that the last time Haaland was interviewed he said we need to get more balls into the box ...and look what happens when we do..give him service, he scores.

Bernardo again however ran the show.....we are going to have to work very hard to replace him....POTS for me
