Disagree, Plenty of time to get down to London, solid few hours in the pub, atmosphere will be a 10x better, still home for a decent time. Then you've got the Sunday to recover. Everyone's a winner!
A decent time if you stay in London.

As soon as I saw the draw I knew City fans would have a late kick off. It is time the FA stood up to these TV companies to consider the fans’ travel and expense issues.

It’s not cutting it close, it’s impossible!!
It's doable but you need a decent pair of running shoes and you have to be on your toes straight after the final whistle has sounded

We had this issue for the Wigan final in 2013. Instead of looking forward to the match all week, we were fretting about making the 9pm train home - which every fucker and his dog seemed to be booked on going off the comments on this forum at the time - if it went to ET and pens. As we know, the pie-eating twats eased any worries on that score and we were back at Euston for about 8.15pm. Sure, with ET and pens it really would've been cutting it fine but we also learnt that day that there was an unadvertised contingency train on standby that was scheduled to depart at around 9.15pm. I'm guessing because they don't want hundreds or thousands of fans stranded and milling about Euston station, they pull out extra stops to get everyone back home on the day. Obviously, if you're going to rock up at Euston really late because you've been dawdling or have stopped off for a pint somewhere then they won't hang around forever and you might have to end up kipping on the tiles instead!

It was never going to be at a better time than that. Unfortunately the FA want the semi finals at Wembley and as a result of clashes with other competitions they're at times that inconvenience fans from the north of England.

However, we have done Wembley so many times we're a rare case. I don't remember many people being fussed when it was the rag semi final. Most clubs have that same view now, it's a day out at Wembley and they're happy to be there even if it isn't the final. For us we've been so many times it's become a pain in the arse for the semi finals - but we should accept this is purely because of how good we've been and we shouldn't moan about that!

Saturday is good, the time it is what it is, a little bit shit, but I suppose the earliest it could be post 3pm ban.

I think 12:30 would have worked better for this one but ah well.
