Arsenal Thread | 2025/26

Lego Head really is anti-football.

It will be carried on at the Etihad on Sunday.

Klopp was eventually brainwashed by the Scouse cult, but his Liverpool teams always went toe to toe with City in exciting games filled with incidents, goals, amd memorable moments.

All I can here is Tierney Henry tapping his fingers on the desk and not allowing any other pundit to have their say as to whether or not Arsenal are bottlers.
But finishes with 'I'd love Arsenal to beat City at the Etihad'.
Yes but Henri what if City win?
Does that mean your appearance on CBS in AMERICA won't finalise you full top up on retirement for being a salty ****?

They've just lost against Bournemouth at home. Off the back of getting done against Southampton, spanked by us and scraping through their champs lge tie against a bang average Sporting side.

No game they have left can be considered a gimme for this lot. Dropping points in any one of their remaining games would not surprise me.

Im convinced they’ll draw 3 games before the end of the season. Creativity goes when your fatigued which is why Foden & Haaland struggled after November, fortunately we’ve managed to bring in Cherki & Semenyo to freshen it up. Their goals have dried up.

I think this is something very much overlooked. Arsenals entire team seem physically finished because they have been played into the ground.

On the other hand we have the likes of Rodri, Cherki & Khusanov who for various reasons haven’t played a lot of football over the season but at the backend of the campaign find themselves as key starters in the run on 11. Throw in Semenyo & Guehi who are still in that honeymoon big move phase where adrenaline probably means they aren't feeling any real effects from the entirety of the season. And you can see why we look quite fresh across the board and well placed to have a real crack at this thing.

If they play like tonight on Sunday, City will coast the game
Was just thinking the same for the first part - it could have been a practice match and likely a portent of what's to come.

If they go out, they can focus on the league, either way they have more practice doing it (again) against us.

Except...we're not Sporting...

Watched it last night thought a statement performance was incoming but the same lack lustre crap yet sgain

You play like Arsenal play you win it’s about getting over the line they lose how they been playing will be questioned and Arteta will be gone!
