West Ham United Thread | 2025/26 - Owner Sullivan revealed as PL boss under investigation (P12)

Besides the dressing room visits it would be very difficult and very odd for a City captain to never speak a word to Khaldoun for half a decade...unless khaldoun didnt want to speak to minions but simply wtd to march around in new fur coats.

His time came to an end though.

It was grim the last few months of Moyes, they had to change.

Their recruitment has cost them. Been nothing short of disastrous.
I'll give you that by the end it was right.

But remember, they wanted rid at least 2 years before he actually went. They wanted rid the day he won the trophy.

Welcome to the promised land.

Never really built on the European conference win or the money received from selling Declan Rice.

Purchased players from relegated sides like Walker Peters or overspent on unproven overseas players. Time has caught up with them this season. Selling Kudos in the summer was a loss. Bowen and Pacqueta are good players but the rest of the squad are average / poor.

not sure this is what they need trying to fight off relegation. Maybe Paquetá had enough of UK after the charges against him.

I meant to post this after our game at the hammers.
Three things I found odd at WHU.
1, I dont remember the PA reading out Citys team, certainly didnt do it just before kick off.
2, the PA didnt mention Citys goal or say who had scored. We were so far away we didnt have a clue.
3, the big screen didnt show our goal or put the scores name next to the 1.

I thought that was abit shoddy and showing disrespect to the City fans

I found this odd as I'm sure when Ive been away the home does all of the above. Perhaps I'm wrong

A strange commendation by one of the directors upon announcement of Karen Brady departure,
to state one of her achievements was the selling of Declan Rice !

I could have sold him and got a decent price.

She can fuck off and when she gets there, fuck off again

“Not so long ago, Man City were told to pay £50million for unacceptable book-keeping. After a rules amendment friendly to zillionaires, Sheikh Mansour can spend what oil-well earnings he likes – and did so in huge transfers, plus skyscraper wages
