Last 10 seasons or so I have the game muted at half time if I'm watching on the tele, sly and tnt, and of course the bbc and now amazon all employ variations of the same rag arse dipper mix like tonight. I just cannot listen to it.
I just get a brew and walk away they are all wankers

What pisses me off is if it had been one of our lads had made that Keane tackle Sky would have spent 10 mins discussing how it should have been a red yet Keane has a couple of mins and of course VAR is correct because it was an orange - fucking useless and not hiding their hope we cock this up.

The actual rule (from International Football Association Board Laws of the Game):

Normally: If a player receives treatment on the pitch they must leave the field before play restarts

BUT there are exceptions, and this is one of them:
  • If the injury is caused by a foul where:
  • the opponent is booked or sent off and the injured player needs treatment
The injured player can stay on the pitch and does NOT have to go off for 30 seconds
I thought there was some sort of 'referees discression' clause?
