Nahh Semyno was fine at Everton never gave the ball away kept there left side honest! Once he went if that side got forward more..
 
This match feels like the season finale. This has been an exhausting season with all the ups and downs.

Have a feeling Guehi gets benched today.

Pep likes to do that after high profile mistakes and most of us remember Nunes getting benched after his mistake vs the Rags.
 
Just win. Forget about the rest, it's not for us. West Ham want to fight tomorrow, brilliant. If we win it from here and West Ham stay up at spuds expense, I'll launch a summer celebration called Hammered Citizen Fest half way between the Etihad and Boleyn and get Iron Maiden and Oasis to headline. But until then, only Brentford.

Today may also be St Beneath Us Day. Unusually late in the year this time due to the equinox of the rising double arses of Howard Webb and Anthony Taylor in the brown envelope constellation.

Edinburgh castle is a great pub these days, might be busy though mate as it's pretty small

Re the game - Khusa being out is a big blow. I expect Guehi to start - doubt Pep will drop him straight after a mistake, he will give him a chance to make it up.

Can't say I'm massively confident with Rodri and Khusa out and with us being a work in progress but Doku is on great form and hopefully Cherki can produce something.

Semenyo is way, way overdue a performance.

What do Doku and O’Reilly have to do to earn your trust? In all seriousness, I think we are missing Gvardiol’s presence: as a left footed defender in build up, bombing up the pitch and making assists, and being reasonably rapid tracking back on counters. I really feel our build up is unbalanced and ergo O’Reilly and Silva have been overplayed.

As to the Boro-Saints game, I didn’t watch it but am not exactly going on a limb when I say it is a different sport when both teams go at it, versus one team parking the bus. The Saints had most of their 11 in their box when we played them. I feel our slow build up precipitates this situation, but teams do play this way against us more so than others in the top 6.
 
Blow not having khusanov v thiago. I’d bring in stones. Him and guehi are Englands pairing so have experience together. Plus hes Johnny stones.

Pep never said we should have lost , and it wasnt "either" game we have battered you in two games and you scraped a draw in injury time at the library ,thats three games , and how can we wait 44 years for a Premier league when it only started in 1992 ?
Always think plastic fans who come on other clubs forums are a bit weird , needy , sad , and full of shit , you tick all the boxes , now jog on.
(Agree regarding Budapest far nicer than that shithole London , full of low lifes on benefits)

You were completely outplayed in the Carabou Final after about the 25 min mark (before which it was even). You were deservedly beaten at Etihad and would have been thumped if Gabriel had been sent off twice as he should have been.

Your record against the top clubs this year has been terrible. You havent beaten the scousers whereas we beat them thrice by an aggregate score of 9-1. You were extremely lucky to beat United on the opening day and lost at home to them. If you win the title it will be because you have been more consistent at beating the weaker teams. Which is fair enough (best team wins the league IMO), but it does not augur well going forward. it's also a bad sign for your CL final which you also reached by scraping by against second class teams. You had better enjoy the lovely city Budapest is as I suspect that will be your only joy on that trip.

They are a bit weird Goons , there are a few on here and no doubt a few more could join , perhaps they are outcasts and are not allowed on their own clubs forum , something very strange about them and looking at some of their "facts" they produce , not very bright , but if your south of Watford a frontal lobotomy is de rigueur, surely
