Surely the likes of Brentford or Bournemouth have players far more worthy if the writers want to go outside the successful teams. Their performance far outweighs expectations. I can see why they would give it to him with the numbers but it only coz of where he plays, not the performance IMO that gets him the ultimate vote. Another easy decision to protect the brand!
