People being a bit harsh on West Ham. Stakes probably bigger for them than Arsenal.
Chavs, Brighton, Sunderland, Spuds - all of those draws from winning positions. Sunderland 0-0 at New Year when a perfectly good goal ( maybe Bernie iirc) after about 5 minutes set the narrative for that game.West Ham draw and Forest draw some time back
Lots of moments
Helps when gyokeres is allowed to tackle defenders marking the man on the back postHow many times have Arsenal done that one to the back stick and a player is left unmarked.
You can slag it all you want but it's fucking effective
yeah ,ofc we all hope that they can somehow score a goal or 2 and get a result ,but it will be Arsenal all over them the whole game.A couple of freak results that are the exception that proves the rule and stand out in folk memory, a lot of narrative by journalists with papers to sell, and an awful lot of hopeful thinking from rival fans!
Because he doesn't go down, which is either a good or bad thing, depending on your perspective.Haaland doesn't get that foul.
BoooooOn this showing I hope West Ham get relegated.
Absolutely toothless. A game that means so much to them and they play like a league 1 side.
Don't understand their game plan at all, perhaps to soak up the early pressure and then grow into the game as Arsenal tire.On this showing I hope West Ham get relegated.
