This. People will say it’s a foul and if taken in isolation, it may well be a foul. The issue is, it hasn’t been a foul all season in Arsenal games. They’ve been reffed by completely different standards. If there’s one team in the Prem that can’t get that given as a foul it’s Arsenal. You can’t bully, block, hold and foul on every attacking corner and then get awarded a free kick for that in your own box.

They need to go and beat Burnley and Palace...the pressure can do strange things. They dropped points vs Wolves earlier in season. Burnley kept Villa draw. Palace players may want to impress in final game of season in front of crowd and to win a place in final...keep the fucking faith

I agree. It was a foul. But it’s the inconsistency that’s not on.

There’s about 7/8 examples floating around already of Arsenal getting away with similar situations.

The officials have allowed contact at corners all season/the last 18 months but have chosen now - right at the end of the season and to decide a title - to change their tac.

You can point to numerous dropped points all season, but Spurs away stands out by a mile. How the fuck we contrived to let a 2 goal lead slip in the 2nd half against an absolute shit Spurs team, not to mention not to take numerous other chances to score in the first half is still unanswerable.
