Will we win the league this season? No

Tbh this season has been tiring, I’m looking forward to the FA cup final, but these VAR decisions and quite incompetent referees are making me love the game less. I don’t think theres corruption going on I just think VAR and the shite level of refs has now ruined the game. I’ll be glad when the blow the whistle after the Villa game and I have a few months of no football to recharge my batteries (World Cup will be want anyway) Roll on Saturday and let’s lift that cup fuck the league.

Can't keep hiding behind referees or PGMOL. If we don't win the league this season, it's because of the points we've thrown away ourselves. You can't be 2-0 up against Spurs or dominate Everton and still fail to get the job done.

Maybe this ends up being a good thing for us anyway. This club isn't built to accept going two years without a title, so you know Khaldoon and the hierarchy will be raging come the end of the season and will do everything possible to put us back on top.

Truth is, we probably wouldn't even still be in the race if Arsenal hadn't stumbled again themselves, so we've got to take it on the chin, improve, and go again. Spend properly in the summer on real quality instead of just numbers, and come back stronger.

And please, let's not turn into those Soft Scouse tarts crying about officiating decisions. CTID.
We scored more legal goals than both Newcastle and Spurs and came away with 2 points.
Arsenal scored the same number of legal goals as West Ham and came away with 3 points.
How much more do you want from our players?

I feel for the players now
We have a game against palace we probably could do without ahead of a cup final
We need to put everything into the cup final and then have to go to Bournemouth on tuesday

Even if we somehow win those three games, we all know Arsenal are gonna fuck about before getting a dodgy VAR call in the last ten mins

I say we put 6 past palace, then draw against Bournemouth
Just don’t let the cunts have the trophy at Burnley

Then by the parade PSG will have smashed them anyway

Last years FA Cup final the VAR lot didn't cover themselves in glory either

Spurs might have been a good example had their first goal been legitimate. It wasn't, which led to that Rodri interview.

Might be wrong but haven't seen fouls on Arsenal players like those on Doku left unpunished (with a red card).

The foul on Doku in the first minutes at United and the one at Everton could/should have been red cards. One of them given and we are currently favourites to win the title.

The one good thing for me if they go on to win it now. Our title wins will be remembered for the aguero moment. The kompany screamer. The gundogan 3-2 comeback. There’s will be remembered for a dodgy goal being chalked off, that THEY got away with all season!
This . Title winning image . Doesn't quite cut it does it ?

Fuck me, didnt even know we had Arsenal fans in work, havent heard a peep from them in 20 years, suddenly theyre prime brazil.. think they might be worse than victim fans

We are in the same position as the start of the weekend, except we won convincingly and they had to scrape a 1 nil needing a deflected goal and VAR help , we are still in this cant give up yet !!

It was soft but its a foul. If we don't win the league it's on us. If we win all our games we finish on 83 points how can we expect to win the league with that. We benefited from one with Rodri at Everton a few years ago it is what it is. If you would have offered me 2nd and two cups at the start of the season I would have took it.
I get what your saying but if that was the case some of Arsenals goals this season should of been disallowed on similar fouls .
We have cocked up a few times in winning positions so your right with some of your comments ,it is on us to.
Cheers Blue

Spot on

After calming down a bit and reflecting, the only thing we could control was ourselves and our results. We have lost far too many points from winning positions which, if we'd held on for even half of them, would have seen us in control of this title at this stage. We didn't, so we aren't and this new group of players will learn from it whilst also hopefully getting that winning feeling still with two cups.

A good blend of success and painful defeat to take this group forward.

Win our 2 games and take it to the last game of the season and see what happens, we've still got a chance. Keep going until the end.

Must admit Arteta's face is starting to annoy me tho... if they do win i wont be looking at football for a few months

after the VAR shitshow yesterday... its over.
IShould City win our 3 remaining games, we can force Arsenal to win at Palace subject to goal difference.

If we beat Palace at home we will be 2 points behind. City's big hurdle is winning at Bournemouth after the FA Cup Final. All we can do is win, and see where it takes us. On to Palace at home. It will help the players if the fans are still with them.

The ending to the West Ham v Arsenal game has been coming all season. We have been discussing corners all season. It's not an easy problem to resolve but these wrestling routines and barraging the keeper have been getting worse all season. It's a problem for football. Arsenal are central to it.
