I get it some of you guys are ultra sensitive and defensive at this current time for obvious reasons, but that shouldn’t resort to you telling me why I’m on a forum that welcomes rival fans, we haven’t won the premier league so why should I celebrate ?
You weren’t here talking shite in the previous 21 title run ins and mark my words you won’t be here for the next 21.

Arsenal are a one hit wonder, like Leicester and aren’t likely to challenge again. Your style of football has turned neutrals against you.

Arsenal were a fairly inoffensive club tbh - not one of the big boys anymore, hadn’t won the title for decades and had never won the CL, had been usurped by Chelsea as London’s biggest club and let’s be honest had a fairly insipid fanbase. Neutrals had good memories, albeit distant ones, of Wenger and his team full of talented good guys who went toe to toe with Ferguson’s horrible rag teams and for all these reasons Arsenal had some goodwill.

But now I think you’re widely viewed as an anti football team who’ve bent the rules to probably limp over the line in one of the worst league seasons in living memory. Won’t bother you of course and if I was in your shoes it probably wouldn’t bother me - once you’ve become an irrelevance you become desperate for success at any cost.

We have to repeat the Brentford game, and win well given that Arsenal have Burnley at home.

Most City fans will think it's all over now, but it isn't. It's all over if City don't beat Palace, Bournemouth and Villa.

I want a scenario where we go into the final game knowing that a City win, and Arsenal draw at Palace wins City the title. Seeing Arsenal today, makes me think this is possible.

Honestly, as dumb as it sounds, I'd not thought about it this way and whilst the likelihood is Arsenal will cruise to the title now, you never know. Going into the final day when the game to win it can be the most nervy, knowing that if Arsenal do slip up we can win it is so important.

We have to embody 'fight 'til the end', not just say it.

Important win for us in our hardest remaining game now Burnley next, that was the hardest watch for me all season but got the crucial 3 points, now i can put my feet up and watch you fight it out with palace. How anyone can argue against the foul at the end is beyond me the player had hold of keepers arm and moved it down clear foul.
Fuck me another sad **** coming on here..why don't you fuck off and go on an Arselona forum.
Come back after you win 4 yes four in a row do the domestic quad and win the treble..until then FUCK OFF

Even if they draw against Palace, we still have a lot of work to do on GD. The only thing we can hope for is for them not to slap Burnley by 4/5 goals and Palace to grab a draw. I'd say we have about a 5% chance at the minute.
We are 2 behind on goal difference.

So City 2 Palace 0
Bournemouth 1 City 2
City 2 Villla 0

Arsenal 3 Burnley 0
Palace 1 Arsenal 1

Level on GD us ahead on goals scored.

The issue is Arsenal dropping 2 points. Stranger things have happened though.

It was offside prior to the Rodri incident so nothing to see here. I cannot believe people still refer to that "decision "
You know someone on WA has just chucked that at me.....I proper unloaded on the ****, watches highlights only on MOTD and thinks he's a self styled voice of reason.

I gave the offside answer as usual and added a line from one of our songs.....if you're watching on the telly.....he wasn't pleased.

Hopefully he'll not bother me with football chat again as otherwise he's a great lad and I'd not like to cull him.

We don't have a lot to do on GD.
If we end up level on points, arsenal only have one game to improve their goal difference whereas we will have 3 games.
I'm certain we will score 2 more goals than arsenal when we have 3 games to their 1 to do it in.
If they lost instead of drew, we would be even better off.
Goal difference will not be the issue.

Donnarumma
Nunes Stones Guehi Ait-Nouri
Gonzalez Kovacic
Foden Marmoush Doku
Haaland

See if we can do something with that.

Then full-strength for the final.

We can't let yesterday's West Ham result affect us - we simply need to win and ideally win big to ensure if there any slip up vs Burnley or Palace, we are in position to pounce.

We have 4 matches left for the season, full strength in all of them. Only change for this game for me is Foden for Cherki and Kovacic for Rejindeers.

Once game is won well, take off players.

We don't have to win well, just win.
A 2 goal win would see us level with arsenal on gd.
arsenal have to drop points in one of their last 2 games for gd to come into place.
That means they have only one game left to improve their gd.
We have 3 games and a 2 nil win in our next game could suffice.
The more the merrier, mind you.

Don
Nunes
Khusa
Guehi
NOR
Bernado
Foden
Cherki
Savio
Haaland
Doku

Could perhaps opt for Marmoush in place of Cherki but not sure. I want to see Phil deeper again.

Reading some of these previous comments, always think it's weird to a) be a supporter of a rival club and make an account here and spend hours getting involved in various threads, and b) for the rest of us to get annoyed by said rival fan

We'll win this game by a good margin, but feel likely Arsenal likely win too (alongside beating Burnley), so not sure there's much to get excited about. All we got to do is keep the pressure on hoping for the best and then of course winning the FA cup!

Arsenal still have a crumble in them. Last 5 league games they lost to Bournemouth, lost to us, scraped past Newcastle and West Ham and beat Fulham comfortably.

We went behind on the final day against Brighton, Villa and QPR but came back. If Palace score first on the last day do we think Arsenal have the bottle to come back and win?

We have to do everything we can to make that a possibility.

It wasn't offside prior to the Rodri handball. There was an offfside after the handball, which was when the game was stopped to allow the VAR check proceed.

I think you are incorrect.

Big rotation never works out under Pep. We usually look our best when we are playing every 3 days so I would have the best XI every game too.

Your beloved team have set a standard of rule bending and cheating that has made it almost impossible to adjudicate the game--- you slipped and choked for years and finally figured it out this year because you couldn't do it any other way. Congrats on possibly not pulling off the biggest choke yet again this season.

As to your reason for being here you have to admit its kind of weird given the timing. I mean aren't there enough of you on your own forums to pull each other off to go around?
