Season Card taken away after 50 years!

They need both, otherwise there'll be thousands empty next season, and that's no good for the club.

I think the 10 game rule will fizzle out again eventually (or be decreased at least), but that will depend on demand in the new seats. The fact you can transfer to more people will also help both club and fans.

Question for others, if you go with someone in your family and friends list, you can both download the ticket on more than phone, ie me and my son both have the option to each others phones, are you able to gain access for the same game from just the one phone, as we've never tried it ?
Yes you can

I have 3 on mine and always scanned us all in

This year they have added to their phones

There’s 1000’s of tickets left for the Palace game, when the team are fighting for the PL title. And there will be another 8000 seats to fill next season. As well as 1000 away seats on SSL3 when they aren’t being taken up by the away team. And the directors at City have sanctioned taking season tickets off City fans because they haven’t attended more than 10 home games. I’m looking forward to 1000’s of empty seats across the Emptyhad next season. As they say, you reap what you sow.

Oh it's such a perfect day,i'm glad i spent it with you.oh, such a perfect day,you just keep me hangin' on.You're going to reap just what you sow.

Yeah mine both work but I wondered if their attendance system allows two phones?

I can see my season ticket being taken from me if the system doesn’t allow 2 phones to count as attending. I also missed 4 games near Xmas when I was in hospital with pneumonia …. Hopefully as I listed every game I’ll be ok . Otherwise it’s dodgy stick for me
Once a season card is scanned for entry, the card holder is classed as having attended that game.

Whichever of the two phones you’re permitted to download a season card onto was used is irrelevant.

I have been bumped to a flexy ticket because only will make 8 or 9 games this season mainly because of 2 holidays being not 100% over the winter my sister In law passed after a short illness she lived down south so missed a couple there ,my first season ticket 1970 missed about 10 years between 85 and 94 .
As l'm 81 next it's hard going sometimes but going to Wembley as it will be 70 years since l became a blue
Was at Royal Albert Hall at a scout jamboree that day against Birmingham ,sorry about length of this but l might miss a lot of games next season so l will accept the flexy season ticket

You deserve better from the club.

Given that all non-renewed or cancelled ST's are put back into the pot for the next season and they're issuing 4,000+ new ones with the extension, they're really not.
Are they? Where have they said that?

And when you say 4,000 new ones, do you mean flexi tickets?

Stupid post which does not take into consideration people’s different circumstances ….. the club should have more flexibility not less than 10 games attended that’s you done . It’s a good way to alienate a supporter base that has been loyal for 45 years plus
Aye there are completely circumstances in which this should void punishment, and im sure he told them so they couldn't have been acceptable

I hate to be that guy, but if you can't bother making it to 10 games out of 19, what's the point in having a season ticket? Flexi is more your ticket.

Work? Health? Family? Travel?

Maybe back to normal next season.

For me, I've transferred about half of my tickets to my son, he's desperate to go to more games. Not sure if I've attended 10, I havent seen an email yet. But the ticket has been used for every match this season.

Just thinking about what Peter Swales take on this would be.

I think as long as he was getting the £££ he would not worry about it too much. I sometimes long for those simpler times where your season ticket was just a paper book.

I first went in the late 80's and now only get to 2-3 games per season so massive respect to those who have gone to most home matches for 40+ years. That is real loyalty and deserves more respect from the club.

It stinks, in a modern context putting aside clearly ignoring his past loyalty of DECADES he pays full price for this " product" and surely can use it as best he can. With sky, tnt, itv, bbc, amazon, etc dictating kick off times and City strictly monitoring this while sell on sites abound do they really understand long term loyalty.

Not good enough could do better, regards City loyalty dept.

Was about to post the same thing. We're still bang in a PL title run in and members can buy 3 Tickets for tomorrow night. Yet we have the club sanctioning seasoncard holders ahead of a new 8000 stand that needs filling.

It probably is one of the dumbest things they've ever done. Absolutely fuckin mind blowing how they've got this so wrong.

This season was a one off everything seemed to transpire against me ever since 1964 l only missed max 3 or 4 games a season , ie working nights or afternoons sickness. Saying can't be bothered is rubbish
