There have been multiple allegations though from other clubs, not just Boro.

I think Southampton are screwed either way.

Personally I don't think it's that big a deal. And that is just my view, I get that others will feel different.

If you want to work on something "secret" then make sure you're hidden away. I guess we're lucky to have great facilities though with areas that are indoors or hidden and not all clubs will have that.

But also, I'm not totally sure what the spy would learn at this point in the season that the club wouldn't know already from watching the oppositions previous 46 league games etc.

I think the only thing to gain really might be knowledge about the probable lineup, if injured players are likely to return etc.

I don't think they'll kick Southampton out but knowing what Steve Gibson is like, he'll definitely take Southampton to court if that's the case. I think that's the best outcome.

I still don't see them booting Southampton out though but they should.

The only other alternative is slap Southampton with a fine, which will be a drop in the ocean if they get to the Premier League. That's not fair, it just encourages teams to do it knowing they'll get slap on the wrist while potentially gaining promotion and big money. That's not right.

Make an example of them. We wouldn't like it if a team did it to us.
