Pep to leave at the end of the season

I think if we win the league, he’ll leave. But if not, he’ll stay and try to complete it one last time.

That's the bit on TNT people were mentioning earlier.

I'm ok with it. He answered that question about 4 times in the last week. No need to constantly do it or get drawn in, particularly immediately after winning a trophy. Fuck them. Classless cunts.

Still to see the context of the Guehi one, that sounds worse the way it reads, but not seen the actual thing.

I refuse to believe he's built a team on the verge of doing it all again and he'll just walk.

At the very least I'm hoping he sees his contract out.

Yea, and also dont think he'd leave the club up against it in a world cup year. When it leaves the next manager little time to prepare, the players to limited recovery time to hit it running, and going into the seaon in a rush and new faces with a 60 point deduction.

Far too much noise around this…

I know no one wants to believe it but.

The players aren’t going to know + there’s media noise around it and the players will hear that.

I don’t think this means anything. Only a very small number of people will know any decision.

Seems fine to me. He’s bored of the question.

I don't read too much into this

The players simply can't speak for Pep or answer this question any other way.

Put any of them on the spot like this and you're going to give differently worded answers that are basically saying they'd love him to stay but it's his choice what he decides to do.

It's the only way they can answer.

He’s been talking a lot about his achievements with City recently and his interviews have had more ‘couldn’t a fuck’ attitude to the media . It really suggests to me he’s leaving, especially wining two (3) cups this season. Vinnie taking over.

We are at that stage. It is very very obvious this is because Pep is leaving and it’s a celebration / send off for him as well as the 2 domestic cups. From the clubs perspective if we win the league great and the parade is already booked. If we don’t they’ve pre given people notice of the send off they want for Pep and framed it as this. They won’t announce it until we are mathematically out of the title race and Pep will want Stones and Bernardo to get their flowers whereas if it’s announced he’s off it will completely overshadow it.
How is it "very very obvious" Pep is leaving when he said only yesterday he's under contact and will be here next season. Don't you believe him?

Pep is contracted for 1 more year at City..

As far as I'm aware, he's never broken his contact obligations at any club he has managed and he has stated this fact numerous times over the years..

City have this fkin ludicrous 115 charge fiasco still hanging over us which has been persued, highlighted and fanned constantly by the red cartel media ever since Pep rocked up at City and started winning stuff..

I just don't see Pep leaving whilst this is unresolved so unless he already knows the outcome of the independent panel's decision and it's in our favour, I cannot see him walking away..

We have just completed a domestic cup double and still have an outside chance of a domestic treble.

He's currently building a new team of young, hungry players who all, as a man, hang on his every word.

For me this all points to at least one more year, clear our name, get the new signings in and integrated and have another shot at the champions league..

However, whatever Pep decides to do in the end is for him and his family to agree but whatever that may be, he will go down without a shadow of a doubt as the best manager the English football league has ever seen, bar none..

Whisky nose, Wenger. Mourinho. Bingo and the rest will never be seen to be good enough to step out of his shadow, although obviously the sycophantic media will never admit or report on this..

But do you know what, we know different and all genuine football fans know different too..!

Man City 1, Chelsea 0..
