Squad management is one of them,he manages the squad until Spring and gets them in a position to challenge for trophies,then goes for the line with his best team. The trophy count says he manages the squad ready for the sprint extremely well.
 
He seems to be that player that thinks he's justified to go for a second attempted take on because he was successful with the first.

He'd be 3x the player if he made the simple pass after the first take on, but he invariably loses the ball instead, going for the 2nd.

I hope he's just trying to impress in his limited game time, and he calms down next season. There's a player in there.
 
Played alright yesterday, just shat himself when he got into the box and tried to pass when it was easier to shoot.

There's something there, just not this season. Let's see how he does next season.
 
Ran his socks off, well further down at least. Looked to be on his chin strap near the end but kept going; probably didn’t realise he had time to take it down and shoot himself.
 
Personally think he played well. He won the ball high up a couple of times - one which should’ve resulted in a goal at 0-0 - and was all round good on the ball in terms of possession.

Feel for him a bit that he’s played left wing and right back this season in a couple of his few starts so it isn’t particularly fair to judge him until he’s in his natural position.

And when he’s been at left back I think he’s been really good. Did superbly away at Liverpool, for example. It’s just that NOR has been better when given the chance.

Plus he works his bollocks off which is a major plus in my book when you combine with genuine quality.
 
Actually forgot we signed him which is always a worry . Liked him at wolves and hope he makes it .
