You have defenders sliding in and the ball fired at their hand from a foot away = hand ball

Then you’ve got attackers literally controlling the ball, intentionally with his arm = no hand ball.

In fairness, he’s not intentionally handballed it, but he’s clearly gained an advantage by it hitting his arm, it’s allowed him to get a shot off which leads to a goal.
