Ric announced a couple of weeks ago and I and a few others had heard the same thing back then. The club hasn't announced it
Pep hasn't announced it
Enzo hasn't announced it
But a right wing rag says it's certain.
Bluemoon; "Farewell Pep :'( "
City record a tribute at the stadium to Bernardo Silva and John Stones which gets discovered and some media groups mistakenly believe this is evident of a Pep Leaving Tribute setup by the club, with many rival outlets all claiming the same thing that this was leaked by Puma accidentally.
The club denies the rumour, confirming it was for Silva and Stones, Pep himself denies the rumour yet rival rag media outlets continue to run with the non-story on the eve of City facing Bournemouth to take focus off the job at hand and now here we are.
You’re too funny.City record a tribute at the stadium to Bernardo Silva and John Stones which gets discovered and some media groups mistakenly believe this is evident of a Pep Leaving Tribute setup by the club, with many rival outlets all claiming the same thing that this was leaked by Puma accidentally.

Temu Pep
City play Bournemouth tonight, a game which, if we drop points, Arsenal become champions. I wonder how the press can disrupt the harmony at the club... oh look, it's working!
Hear, hear. This day was always going to come. We're losing the best ever in Pep but I'm confident we're the best placed club to deal with something so momentous. Maybe not upwards but definitely onwards.Maresca is entering this club under the most perfect conditions right now. He has enough of the treble winners and older experience left in the squad with Haaland, Dias, Foden, Rodri blended with a load of newer faces. There are enough newer guys that he can make the team his own and not have it feel like he's just got a Pep team. And he'll get Elliot Anderson who can be his Bernardo.
Pep has also instilled the winners mentality into the newer guys with two trophies this season (hopefully three by the end).
This club is just so incredibly well run. All the best Pep you legend.
How? Feels the same to me.I'd usually agree, but this feels different.
Trumanns For Steel.Wasn’t one of the tier one sponsors, it was either Tom Garner motors, Greenhal Whitley or Fyffes Bananas.
Moyes tried to rid the Rags of GPC and his legacy. Luckily for us, the hard shoulder shitter and his mates linger like a bad smell still.
That's my view as well.Hopefully, it may have the opposite effect. I've been thinking all week that I'd rather not play Bournemouth with Iraola leaving imminently as they'd be determined to send him off on a high.
One more credential I have over you then, innit. You’re too funny.
The thing with ferguson is he was a bit of a tactical chameleon, other than mainly using wingers I wouldn't say he embedded a footballing philosophy at united. Peps ethos is hard wired into the club now, right down to the youth and women's sides.
Maresca seems like a safe pair of hands. He's not a fool, he knows the players and they have won with him around. He's experienced the Championship with Leicester and dealt with a circus at Chelsea. I'm happy with it. I actually think Kompany would be a much bigger gamble. Arteta and Enrique sent him back to school when they played Bayern this season. And I'll never get that video of him completely losing his mind at the Burnley players out of my head. Enrique would have been my first choice.
@Ric - Any chance of bringing back the official BM tee shirts as retro tribute?Trumanns For Steel.
We could give the job to Di Matteo then. But he had won it previously with Barca....
He might finally get the credit he deserves from the UK media. I emphasise the word might.Pep has changed football and is one of the all time greats, possibly the best. Having him at City has elevated us in terms of popular culture and casual newsworthiness. That he has lived up to his huge reputation football wise is an incredible sporting achievement. I could f***ing cry and probably will on Sunday.
