Tbf if we have a chance to win a title we don't wear next year's kit. We only do it when it's a dead rubber.
You can't get more dead rubber than Sunday, especially if Villa win tonight, they will be hungover

As mentioned before, I think the only recent times we wore the following season's kits were dead rubbers: Brighton at home in Centurions season and Brentford away in the build up to winning the treble.

I liked it, on the promo video, until midway through when they showed the bottom half of the shirt and it fades to white

I think for the first time I wouldn't actually be bothered if they did. Nothing to play for and might be a positive note on what will be a pretty down day.

Won't be a down day at all, a relaxing sunny afternoon, then celibrate 2 cups, and Stone and Bernardo,best celebrate Pep too just in case. Looking forward to the day.

If it faded to white (which would contrast with the sky blue and make it 'pop') and had the real colour badge it would look 10x better

It’s a thankless task designing a “new” shirt every year.

That said, this is shite. The club should insist on two non negotiable criteria ;

The colour should be overwhelmingly sky blue - FAIL

The badge must feature its original colours - FAIL

Totally agree, my least favourite full kit since the Nike one with the navy arms. But loads of people seem to love it and I love seeing all the different perspectives. It'd be boring if we all agreed.
