To be fair from what I can gather it's because Tuchel is ringing up and informing all those left out. Some of them are then leaking the news.. I don't think anyone knows for certain who is included other than drawing conclusions from those left out.

Don't have an issue with Toney going myself. He is a similar player to Kane so if there's an injury you don't have to change the rest of the style/tactics in the team. Rest of our options blow hot and cold, think Toney would outscore them if he played in England.

I wouldn't have taken Foden even if I'm gutted for him that he hasn't made it. Not done enough for England historically or for us this season.

Palmer would have gone. Throw him on and he has the ability to score goals. Think he got an assist and goal from the bench in the Euros. Can't see Madueke doing anything but run the ball out of play. But Tuchel is sticking largely to the players he trusted through qualifying which you can't argue with.
