The After Party at CO-OP LIVE

City have successfully opened up one of the most impressive stands in Europe, put on a brilliant end of season party celebrating a cup double, saying bye to some of the biggest legends the club will ever have, and the biggest legend in the club’s history, putting it all together really well, in a packed Co-op Arena the club helped build, and still we have people moaning.
Yeah, but have we got a hotel like Gary Neville's ?

Got to admit I was expecting tonight to be a cringe fest tonight, but that was fantastic and well put to getther show, from the bands the pace of the show legends walking up with the trophies, pep tribute finishing with the men's team and stones and Bernie interview, class end to the season that, only problem is I've come away feeling a little sad...

Wonder how they are taking that in Munich Kompany was there tonight? He will have got the clubs blessing to be there but if you were a Bayern fan would you be happy ypur current manager is attending an event at a club that if Maresca doesn’t work out will be very much number one choice if he continues winning trophies in Germany.
Don't think they'll have an issue. I wouldnt have had a problem if Pep went back to Barca for something similar at any point in the last decade.

Bayern know Kompany is a blue but they also know Vinny has a contract and is an honourable man, he won't jump ship, there might be a time when we make an enquiry but he won't force his way out, they'll either willingly get paid and it's all amicable or he see's out his contract.

Incredible to read moaning isn't it, hard to fault anything today, maybe a bit drawn out, but these things always are. A brilliant celebration of all our recent achievements and the people who helped make them happen.
I know from organizing events that there will always be naysayers and grumblers, no matter what you do, they won't be happy. You just have to ignore them, drown out the negative noise and power on.

It's the same people who complain about light shows on champions league nights, announcers shouting the scorers name after a goal, the matchday bus not dropping them to their door, the bars at the ground not having their favourite beer, having to queue for a tram when 55,000 people leave at the same time, a £20 cup ticket they think should have been £15, the new kit manufacturer (and the old one), the matchday stewards, the atmosphere they do nothing to improve and who get agitated when a few kids shine phone lights in the stadium.
They will never be happy, and anyone who disagrees with them is just a "happy clapper".
Superb send off today, thanks to everyone who made it happen, and to those who managed to attend and create the buzz.

To be honest I couldn't give a fuck what the German Rags think.
They've got a long track record of tapping up players from other clubs including a couple of ours and they've done plenty of bitching and moaning about us in the past so if it boils some Bavarian Piss I'm all for it.
