Pep to leave at the end of the season

Disappointing Kolo is leaving. Seemed important to me. Wonder who's decision that was. Does Maresca want a complete clean slate or did they choose not to stay i wonder?

Understandable Maresca would want all his own staff but seems a bit of a waste not to be taking advantage of the wealth of experience they can offer.

Seems even more neccesary to bring in a former players into the backroom staff now.

Seems like they have and to me this seems like the obvious reason why he's decided to call it a day. Got his marriage back on track and wants to dedicate himself to his family and not have the job get in the way which is clearly was. Understandable.

From a story this morning, she decided to start divorce proceedings in 2024 when he agreed to a new contract here, because she didn't want him to extend.

If so, what a lad Pep is

Probably best, otherwise it’d be a constant refrain of “well, last year …”
 
Interesting everybody going, although it does often happen when a coach/manager leaves.
This could be a few years as top six normalcy or a rejuvenation leading to another period of dominance. Let's hope it's the latter.
