Season Tickets - 2026/27 | Ticket prices frozen (p9)

Daft question from me but those who pay monthly do ours just automatically renew without having to ring up or email etc

Memory serves that’s what we’ve always done just hoping I’ve not missed any new rules

Thanks guys
Yes it auto renews in June, along with all your cup schemes, if you want to opt out you’ll have to go in and do that manually

I am in the same position. And would be grateful if you could expand on your thinking.

I thought that a Gold ST offered more "protection" (in terms of guaranteed refunds, ticket exchange, etc.) than a Flexi Gold. Of course, you would still have to pay the Direct Debit every month - as opposed to Flexi Gold (where you pay if you buy your ticket).
As far as I can see, you don't need guaranteed refunds , because you haven't bought a ticket for a particular game if you don't fancy going to it.
I've just paid £120 as a deposit on my ticket, which guarantees my current seat for every game.
Again, you don't need to put your seat on the exchange if you haven't actually bought it.
The only thing that I'm not sure about is do I get 190 loyalty points upfront, or do I get 10 points for every game attended ?

Renewed STs & I thought I’d renewed all cup
Schemes but not showing on my account. Anyone found the same?

Missed the email to pre register for the north stand. Assume I just have to wait until the relocation window opens and hope for the best?

You’ll get 10 points after each game. I’ve just moved from flexi gold to a full gold season ticket

Heartening to see so many posts of people getting new STs for sons, daughters, nephews, nieces etc.

This is something that has been lacking from the club for years, and I think this year has totally turned this around. And its so important.

I got a ST for my boy, and I'm so pleased after many years that he finally has one.

Huge thanks to whoever at the club, or City Matters or whoever decided to help bring the next generation through.

I was ready to walk away and become a TV fan, but I cant wait until that first game next season now.

I've just renewed my season card ,but I have decided to go for a Flexi -gold ticket, seeing as I no longer live in Manchester.
Realistically,I want to attend around 13/14 home games per season, I particularly don't want to go when there is a mid - week game after a weekend game, so paying for each game as and when I want to go suits me to the ground.
And it was a very easy process to apply for my new ticket, a 4/5 minutes application at most.

I am in the same position. And would be grateful if you could expand on your thinking.

I have been on a flexi for 2 seasons now. I saw it as a stepping stone on the ‘property ladder’ if you like, I missed out the first season on renewing to a gold (did 13 games)
This season I did 16 which was mine and my son’s aim so we could renew to gold or platinum. We did platinum just because we were excited to upgrade and to boost the points.

I don’t see why anyone would go to a flexi after having a gold (each to their own) We live 3 and a bit hours away and having a gold will work just as well if not better. We will easily do the 10 games personal attendance required.

As for flexi, You get 10 points per game you attend. You will also get 1/16th of the £120 deposit you paid off your ticket. I ended up paying £14.52 per game last year in south stand level 3. Once the 1/16th deposit was paid back to me, each ticket was £22.40.

I have no complaints about the flexi and it was great for us but we desperately wanted to become a gold or a platinum member and have more autonomy over our tickets.

I was also successful in getting my nephew a gold season ticket (which I was surprised at as I thought new season tickets were all flexis) and we moved all 3 seats to the new Pep Guardiola north stand! Same price £425 (£475 for platinum) for me and £200 (£250 for my son) each for the kids! Buzzing!

Happy to answer any other questions regarding flexis.

You’ve described what me and my son went through. Flexi season ticket, attended 17 games last season and now upgraded to Gold and moved to new stand in 237 - £480 for me and £320 for my son.

You’ve described what me and my 18 year old son did last year! First season of flexi season ticket and we attended 17 home games. Delighted to have upgraded to gold and moved from East Stand Level 3 to New Stand 237. £480 for me and £320 for my son.

Did your nephew meet the 35 games over 3 seasons criteria? I have my nephew on my friends and family list but he only did less than 10 games so assume not eligible as part of junior pull through?

Loyalty points are useless for away games
Funny you should say that as me and my lad were chatting about it the other day. He has 1000 points from having a season card for 4 years. Bearing in mind he's only 12, I said to him, if he joined all the cup schemes and I paid for platinum, in 10 years he still wouldn't have enough points to qualify for away games

"Qualifying Members will be contacted with more information about how to purchase a new Season Ticket in May."

Assume nobody has heard anything yet on this?

Simple. Join your local supporter's club. Uncle Kevin will sort your lad out.

No, I registered interest for a new season ticket for an under 18 at the same time I registered interest in moving. Nephew has only just turned 7 and has no history but I was successful in getting him one.

I think now moving forward, anyone who didn’t register an interest in getting a new junior st has to go through the criteria I believe.

Luckily transferred from Flexi into gold as attending 16 games (excluding 3 midweek games). Think it is better as only 3 chances for transferring tickets for Flexi. But not sure on how ticket exchange work - will I get 1/19 of gold season ticket price if I list a match on City website? Will it count my 10 match requirement if nobody buys it? Thanks in advance
