A “wonderful sit down” is a very strange sentence and is being done to emphasise to everyone without directly saying that we’ve won.

It makes sense saying that it's taking so long because the rules are being rewritten.

Fancy that though, Pep rewrites football on the pitch and off it we rewrite the football handbook.
