1. Plain crisps (that's Ready Salted for the kids out there),
2. On white bread,
3. Bread must be buttered (absolutely no marge).

Back in the swinging sixties , when i was knee-high to a grasshopper , i used to eat crisp butties all the time ... in those days we couldn't really afford fuck all else !

I also ate far too many sugar butties back then too ...... probably why i've only got about three teeth left now !

Still , there's always a sliver lining .... at least my tube of toothpaste lasts a lot longer !

Plain crisps? Who the fuck has plain crisps when a packet of cheese n onion or prawn cocktail is the same price?

I didn't even know they still did real butter. Not had it since I was about ten. It rips the bread to fuck when you try and spread it for one.
