Turns out behind those walls there will be a furniture store, the (existing) Box Level stairs and a side room of the main Legends Lounge space

I doubt it, just the seats need adding, I'm not sure the retaining wall is complete yet.

Ignore that, hadn't really studied the picture that closely.

Yes - so the front row lines up with the front row on the side stands - not sure exactly how many rows are missing at the moment though - looks to be about 3 or 4 from this

Might be four, and explains why the seats have been left out below the tunnels up to now @Didsbury Dave , they'll need space to work in.

Mate who has bought at the front of the stand says it's three rows that are being added!

It's three rows that are to be added. The reason they weren't put on before was because the old roof was in the way.

Wouldn't worry about the small wall at the end, it'll be mostly shadowed out by the overhang. Reason it's not glass is because the Legend Lounge doesn't run the entire length of the stand :)

If you look at the picture again, you can see the concrete struts(for want of a better word) sticking out, where another 3 or 4 rows of concrete terraces will go.

I presume the main reasoning for that concrete section there is it's the away end and they'll not want to use glass at all for obvious reasons

Good point @Del_Bosque though its similar at the other end.

That picture also suggest the whole dugout area is being re-worked, and has been removed while they add the front three rows in front of the CB.

Yes and they're stepped, thats what got me thinking there must be more terrace going in. And if you look at the access tunnels they're at the front whereas on the render there is clearly several rows of seats below them.

OK pulled this from the Planning App - there is a total of four rows below the exit portals in the new third tier and you can see with more detail how much overhang is still to go in AND you can actually see the mysterious wall that we all missed
