That picture also suggest the whole dugout area is being re-worked, and has been removed while they add the front three rows in front of the CB.

Weird that, because as we noted a few pages back, the three extra rows aren't on the 3D planner in the CB stand - so maybe they will be "last minute" ST sales?

Excellent find, at the front of the existing seats (on the pitch) you can see what appears to be the pre-cast concrete terracing for the remaining 3 rows of the new terrace.

I wasn't too convinced about all the talk about the new roof keeping the sound in, but the comparison between the North Stand and South Stand roof's really stand out in this video! Out stadium will be incredible once both ends are completed!

When a new stadium is built you have to have a couple of "dry runs" with the stadium 3/4 full. That's the law and it happened at COMS.

Does anyone know if that applies to a new stand/tier? I'd assume not.

I notice that the platform, which was stuck out of the back of the stand towards the East Stand corner, has now been removed.

Don't know what it did, I presumed it was for getting stuff up to the higher level for fitting out the suites and concourse.

I would think this section will now be glazed over.

Just hope it's not being assessed by Michael Oliver - he never gives us a penalty at the south stand end!!

Looking back at the original renders from the consultation documents, these had more work being done the East stand to take it into the corner, whereas all that has been done that seems to be a small extension at the end of the East and CB stands.....

I think they were very early renders - and probably done before we realised what HUMONGOUS screens we were going to have fitted as a result of the LG sponsorship
