I must admit, i did whinge about the transfer fee quite frequently a couple of weeks ago, but i am just glad we have got him now. I think i am more in the mindset now that FFP has been lifted of just paying whatever we want. We should just go out there and spend an absolute bomb and blow the rest of the league away.

Excited to see the pace and trickery of Sterling alongside Silva and Aguero, now if we added Pogba and De Bruyne to that team, it would quite possibly be our best transfer window yet since the Sheikhs took over, dreamland stuff. Come on City, lets go all out and snap these 2 big guns up!!!

The one when Merlin and Yaya arrived within a few days of each other will take some beating, IMHO.

If he is like this then a great addition to the club. I thought long and hard about this and i know i will get slated but lot of money spent i'm afraid i must be getting old but the millions spent on players is getting out of hand does anyone agree? I am still waiting for the day when a young player arrives and says "just buy me a nice house and car and pay me say 10 k a week " and play for the love of the game........ well i can dream
 
I think Liverpool fans and former players are a joke. Sterling before the non contract signing for Liverpool he is world class going to be the best player in the the World. When hearing of not signing the deal and coming to us in the space of 6 months a good player with great potential. There a joke this has hit them hard.
I think if Sterling would of stayed and refused us and signed a new deal they all would be saying Ballon Dor winner in the space of 2 seasons at Liverpool. Now Sterling has the chance to compete with the best and win trophies and be the player he wants to be a rival the best players in the world if he keeps progressing. We seen how well he played with Saurez and Sturridge. Imagine what he will be like with Kun , Yaya and Silva its going to bring the best out of him.
 
Fantastic signing and by far the best bit of business we have done for some time. Hes the best player available to date in this transfer window and hes coming to us- well done Khaldoon and the rest of the team. The rags and rag press are in overdrive trying to play down and rubbish this bit of business but like we always do lets just go about our stuff and progress- bollocks to 'em.
More good news is the 5 year deal for Jason. Its been a good day.

That was pretty special tbh, i remember being on holiday in Egypt and getting the news through about them both signing. Was a holiday to remember that was.
 
Not sure if anyone has said it yet but he will be wearing the number 7 shirt officially baring a delph of course.
 
Are dippers that deluded to think that they can get Reus? I mean every club in Europe basically would be after him, if he was available. No chance he will go to the dippers
 
Anyone know why the medical wasn't done today?...Was there a delay or was it always planned for Tuesday? Would be great if we held back confirmation because we were about to make another signing!;) thanks

Sterling medical Tue morning. If all to plan + paperwork sorted, will sign 5yr deal & likely to fly Tue eve to join squad in Aus #mcfc #lfc
